Gillian Crouch is an associate with Burns Fitzpatrick, practicing primarily in the areas of wills and estates, collaborative family law, general corporate law, and real estate.

Gill strongly believes in a collaborative approach to law whereby counsel and clients work together, through negotiation and mediation, to ensure that clients obtain results tailored to their needs. Her clients include adoptive parents, separating spouses, small business owners, and persons engaging in estate planning or preparing for late-stage care. Whether it be growing their business or contesting a will, Gill aims to find the most effective and efficient means of ensuring her client’s goals are met.

Prior to earning her law degree, Gill worked as a jewelry designer for a locally-based non-profit organization. These designs were then sold across Canada and the profits were put toward establishing safe houses for trafficked persons and persons-at-risk. She joined the firm as an articling student in 2014 and continued on as an associate in 2015.
