Jaclyn Mansfield is an associate with Burns Fitzpatrick, practicing primarily in the areas of insurance defence and commercial litigation. She also has experience representing clients in criminal cases, collections matters, and with personal injury claims, including catastrophic losses. Jaclyn has appeared on behalf of clients and has assisted counsel on matters before the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Jaclyn was called to the B.C. bar in January, 2020, after earning a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2018 and completing her articles at a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver. She has extensive experience working with people and companies with diverse backgrounds and varying needs.

During her law degree, Jaclyn volunteered at the Law Students Legal Advice Program (LSLAP) and represented UBC in the semi-finals in the Ian Fletcher International Insolvency Law Moot. She was also awarded the Fasken Martineau DuMoulin Entrance Scholarship and the Kazlaw Personal Injury Course Prize. Jaclyn joined Burns Fitzpatrick as an associate in 2021.
