Teera Jacobs Participates in 8th Annual Grind for Kids

Teera Jacobs, paralegal at Burns Fitzpatrick, will be participating again this year in Grind for Kids, raising money for the BC Children’s Hospital.

Grind for Kids leverages the enthusiasm of the thousands of people in the Lower Mainland that do the Grouse Grind on a regular basis. Participants ask family, friends and coworkers to pledge $1 or more for every Grouse Grind they do between now and the end of the Grouse Grind season. One time donations are also accepted.

Teera participates in honour of her cousin’s son, Keian Blundell, who in January 2014, at the age of only six years old, lost his battle with leukemia. This is a fundraiser close to Teera’s heart, because it is in support of BC Children’s Hospital where Keian and his parents received not just medical treatment but compassion, understanding and emotional support.
