Jaclyn Mansfield joins Burns Fitzpatrick after completing her articles at a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver. Her practice will focus on insurance defence and commercial litigation.
Jaclyn has already gained experience at trial, appearing on behalf of clients and assisting counsel on matters before the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She has also represented clients in criminal cases and with personal injury claims, including catastrophic losses.
A graduate of the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, Jaclyn won both scholarships and awards for her academic accomplishments.
